Please be considerate of our neighbors. This is a nice, quiet neighborhood. No parties are allowed at the property. Please remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one lives on site 24/7. Please keep in mind that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Please note that there will be a rental agreement sent after a confirmed booking. Guest is required to sign it in order to get property access. For guests with no reviews / negative(lower than 4.9) reviews / unverified profiles. please note we do require a $300 USD Refundable damage deposit to be paid. There is a keyless entry to the home and a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Cleaning Concerns Policy Any cleaning-related concerns must be reported within 2 hours of check-in for timely resolution. To promptly address reported concerns, our cleaning team may access the property during reasonable hours without prior guest approval, strictly for inspection or cleaning related to the reported issue.
